During this time, Georg Völker held overall responsibility for 7 years. Ranaldi GmbH, Wiesloch to S&G Mobility GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of S&G AG, Karlsruhe.

In a structured process, we advised the sole shareholder of Autohaus Ranaldi GmbH on the organization and implementation of the sales process and supported the realization of the transaction. Our advice made a substantial contribution to the successful realization of the sale and the optimal integration of Autohaus Ranaldi into the S&G Group in the interests of the seller and his family.
